Customs support at arrival
Document reconciliation and inspection attendance together with our local partner.
Inland transport
Port to site arranged, with road width and weight limits checked in advance.
Pre-handover inspection
Transit damage checked, oils and tyre pressures set before handover.
Operator training
Delivered on site or remotely, in the language your operators use.
Parts and service manuals
Consumables list, service procedure manual and a named warranty contact, handed over together.

Questions we get
- Can training be delivered on site?
- At major ports (Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Dubai and others) through our partners. Elsewhere it is delivered remotely.
- How fast are parts?
- Common consumables 3–7 days, special parts 2–4 weeks. Stock status is handed over as a list at delivery.
