Production and pre-shipment inspection
We attend the line and inspect every unit. Photos and video let you see the same machine without being at the factory.
What happens in this step
Final check before build
Paint colour, nameplate, option list — reconciled once more before production starts.
Line attendance
On site or by video call. Progress photos are shared as the build advances.
Pre-shipment inspection
Appearance, function, safety devices, hydraulic and electrical systems, against the model-specific checklist.
Every unit, not sampling
Each machine is inspected individually.
Photo and video report
Six sides, operating functions, gauge readings — recorded and sent before shipment.
Deliverables
- Inspection report with a 40–70 item checklist
- Full photo and video set
- Final specification sheet before shipment

- How many inspection points?
- 40–70 per model, recorded under four headings: appearance, function, safety, documents.
- What if a unit fails?
- It is reworked and re-inspected. The re-inspection record is delivered in the same set.
