Factory selection and quotation

The same specification can differ 15–30% in price and lead time between factories. We line several up and quote on equal terms.

2–4 business daysOutput: formal quotation

What happens in this step

  1. Shortlist the factories

We pick 2–3 factories whose production line actually matches the specification — judged on equipment, not catalogues.

  2. Verify the lead time

Capacity and current order book are checked. We do not pass on verbal promises.

  3. Quote on identical terms

The same specification goes out for both FOB and CIF pricing, so the comparison is like for like.

  4. Options priced up front

Hydraulic breaker, air conditioning, spare tyres, extra batteries — cheaper to build in than to retrofit.

  5. Payment and warranty

T/T or L/C, warranty period and what it covers, fixed on the same document as the price.

Questions we get

Is the quote only in USD?
Yes, all amounts are in USD. Currency exposure is bounded by the quote validity, normally 15 days.
Is there room for discount?
Volume and specification standardisation drive it. For several units we re-quote on a single-order basis.
