What happens in this step

1. Confirm the application

   Earthworks, mining, port, municipal, in-plant logistics. The same "excavator" needs a different machine in each.

2. Fix capacity figures

   Bucket volume, rated load, bed dimensions, lift height — settled as numbers, not adjectives.

3. Operating environment

   Surface, gradient, temperature, altitude, dust, salt. Coastal sites get a corrosion package.

4. Destination regulations

   Emissions, left/right-hand drive, type approval, import permits. Miss these and the cargo stops at customs.

5. Power supply

   For electric machines we check voltage, frequency and charging infrastructure — 100V / 220V / 380V varies by country.
